We  use UPS and Austrian Post as our couriers and delivery partners. All shipments that are sent by WEISSFASHION.AT are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist. We offer a Flat Shipping Fee of 10€ within Austria and 15€ for european countries. Express delivery is available to most destinations and costs 15€ within Austria. For all orders over €250, we offer free shipping. All suitable delivery options available for your order and your destination will be displayed at checkout. We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 11am till 6:00 pm CET (except Austrian public holidays). We always do our best to keep delays to a minimum and ship your items as soon as possible. 

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide. Delivery delays can be caused by, e.g. public holidays, weather events, customs or strikes. In case your shipment has not arrived within ten working days after the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service.

We can deliver to your hotel, but please be aware that we cannot deliver to PO (post office) boxes or forwarding addresses at this time.
